Crab and Pink Grapefruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 or 5 small lettuce leaves | ||
| White meat | 75 Gram | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Celery stick | 1 , sliced | |
| Black grapes | 50 Gram, halved | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| 1 pink grapefruit, cut into segments | ||
| Almonds | 1 Teaspoon, flaked | |
Directions
MAKING
1) On one side of a small plate, place the lettuce leaves.
2) In a bowl, add the crab, oil, lemon juice, celery and black grapes and season with salt and pepper; blend well.
3) Place the mixture opposite the lettuce leaves on the plate; lastly arrange the grapefruit slices in the centre of the plate,
SERVING
4) Garnish the crab with the flaked almonds and serve immediately.
