Crab And Olive Spread Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup flaked crab meat (well packed in cup)
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) chopped ripe olives
2 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons prepared horse-radish
2 teaspoons catsup
1 teaspoon minced chives
Directions
Place the crab meat, chopped olives, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, lemon juice, horse-radish, and catsup in a bowl; mix until well blended.
Spoon spread into a serving bowl and sprinkle with minced chives.
Provide a butter knife and serve with whole wheat or rye crisp crackers or corn chips.
