Crab and Melon Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Can | 14 Ounce, chilled | |
| Cantaloupe | 1 Medium | |
| 3 large crisp lettuce leaves, shredded | ||
| French dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Drain and flake the crabmeat.
Cut melon in quarters, remove seeds and membranes and scoop out the flesh in pieces.
Place lettuce in the base of a salad bowl and add crabmeat and melon pieces.
Sprinkle French dressing.
