Crab and Blue Cheese Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
| Shortcrust pastry | 200 Gram, prepared | |
| Onions spring | 6 , chopped | |
| Crabmeat | 185 Gram, drained | |
| Blue cheese | 100 Gram | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Double cream | 185 Milliliter | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Line a 20 cm (8 in) flan dish with pastry. Line pastry case with baking paper, fill with dried beans or uncooked rice and bake for 10 minutes. Remove paper and beans or rice, reduce heat to 180°C (350°F / Gas 4) and cook for 7 minutes longer.
2. Sprinkle spring onions over pastry, then top with crabmeat. Place cheese, eggs and cream in a food processor or blender and process to combine. Pour over crabmeat, sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 180°C (350°F / Gas 4) for 30 minutes or until firm.
