Ingredients
2 pounds ground round
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 (15 ounce) cans ranch style pinto beans
3 (15 ounce) cans minestrone soup
1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes with green chiles
3 potatoes, peeled, cut up
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
Directions
Brown the ground beef with the onion and celery in a skillet, stirring until beef is crumbly; drain.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and chili powder.
Add the undrained beans, minestrone, tomatoes with green chiles, potatoes and corn and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
