Cowboy Meat Loaf Recipe
Cowboy meat loaf is a beef meatloaf. This recipe is prepared with ground chuck along with vegetables and rice. Baked in the oven with garlic and toamto sauce for flavor along with jalapeno peppers, the cowboy meatloaf is filling and savory.
Ingredients
1 lb. ground chuck
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. lone grain Minute rice
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and form into loaf in casserole dish.
Bake in 320° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
Brush top with tomato sauceseveral times while baking.
