Couscous With Dried Cherries Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dried tart cherries or raisins
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 cup couscous
Directions
In 2 quart saucepan, heat chicken broth, dried cherries, margarine or butter, and 1/4 cup water to boiling over high heat.
Stir in couscous; cover and remove saucepan from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes or until ready to serve.
Fluff with fork.
