Couscous-Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients
1 box Quick Couscous Pilaf
6 medium-size tomatoes
3 tbs (45 ml) water pine nuts or walnuts, for garnish
Directions
Prepare couscous pilaf according to package directions.
Cut large hollows in tomatoes and invert them to drain while couscous is cooking.
Fill the tomatoes with prepared couscous and place them in a pan with the water.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12 minutes.
Garnish with pine nuts or walnuts.
