Ingredients

 
1 package couscous
 
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
 
1/4 cup cider vinegar
 
2 tablespoons olive oil
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 1/2 cups green and red seedless grapes each cut into quarters
 
1/2 cup pine nuts toasted
 
Thyme sprigs for garnish

Directions

Prepare couscous as label directs, but do not add salt or butter.
Stir in thyme leaves with couscous.
In large bowl, mix vinegar, olive oil, and salt.
Add grapes, pine nuts, and warm couscous; toss well to coat.
Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away.
Garnish with thyme sprigs to serve.
