Couscous Recipe

Ingredients

 
1/4 cup bulgur wheat
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
3 cups water
 
1/2 cup farina cereal

Directions

Place the bulgur, salt, and water in a kettle with a tight-fitting lid.
Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Add the farina slowly, stirring constantly.
Continue to stir, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until thick.
