Directions

Have the fruit ices ready.
(If desired, commercial ices may be used.) Prepare the fresh fruits and combine all fruits (except raspberries) in a bowl; toss gently with the sugar and pour the kirsch over all.
Refrigerate to chill thoroughly.
Before serving, gently mix in the raspberries.
Spoon mixture into chilled serving dishes, spooning some of the juice over fruit.
Top each serving with one scoop of Lime, Orange, and Raspberry Ice.
