| Canned hominy | 40 Ounce, drained |

Directions
Drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients except butter and hominy.
Simmer uncovered 1 hour.
Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Stir hominy into butter; heat through.
Serve sauce on hominy.
