| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Chopped celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cracked wheat/Bulgur, buckwheat / millet | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Cumin powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable stock | 5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs) | |
| Tamari soy sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Green pepper | To Taste | |
| Parsley | To Taste | |
| Scallions | To Taste | |
| Chopped carrot | To Taste |

Directions
Heat the oil in a 2 quart casserole.
Saute the mushrooms, onions, celery, and wheat or other grains until the onion is transparent and the grain is lightly browned.
Stir in the spices, stock, and the tamari.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.
Add chopped vegetables if you wish.
Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes at 300 Degree.
