Country Fudge Recipe Video

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cream
1/2 cup canadian maple syrup
Directions
Medium heat the saucepan.
Add butter to the pan.
Melt the butter.
Add brown sugar, flour, cream, and canadian maple syrup.
Stir the ingredients.
Slowly boil them for about 10 minutes until the mixture comes to a softball stage.
Remove the pan from heat.
Beat the mixture on medium speed until smooth and dull.
Pour into a pan, spread evenly over it.
Score, cool for half an hour.
Serve with fresh mints.
