Oven Fried Healthy Beef Steak Recipe Video
|Beef bottom round||2 Pound, trim excess fat and cube the meat 0.25 to 0.5 thick|

|Corn starch||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|

Add olive oil to hot pan. Brown beef 2-minutes per side.
Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Remove beef from pan and place on broiler pan.
Bake 425*F for 10-15 minutes, (until internal temperature is 160*F).
Whisk in corn starch over the dredging in the pan. Add chicken broth and deglaze the pan.
Whisk until gravy comes to a boil and begins to thicken. Add the milk and thyme and continue whisking until the gravy thickens to right consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve over Steaks with some Sweet Potato Mash!
