Country Chicken Sandwiches Recipe
Chicken sandwiches for me are an anytime treat. A yummy bite while shopping or rushing out and have no time to eat.This country chicken sandwiches is a delicious sandwich, the very thought of it makes my mouth water
Ingredients
| Chicken | 1 | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Buns | 1 Dozen, buttered |
Directions
Place chicken in large kettle.
Cover with boiling water; bring to a rapid boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 3 hours or until tender.
Drain; reserve broth.
Cool chicken.
Cut chicken from bones in small pieces.
Combine chicken, broth and seasonings in bowl; chill.
Drain chicken; fill buns.
Wrap in foil.
Bake at 300 degrees until heated through.
Yield: 12 sandwiches.
