Country Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed chicken-noodle soup
2 cups milk
1 package (8 ounces) uncooked elbow macaroni
3 cans (about 5 ounces each) boned chicken, diced
1 package (8 ounces) process American cheese, shredded (2 cups)
1 small onion, minced (1/4 cup)
4 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and sliced
3 pimientos, drained and chopped
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Blend soup and milk until smooth in a 10 cup baking dish.
Stir in macaroni, chicken, cheese, onion, eggs, pimientos and salt; cover.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 1 hour and 25 minutes; uncover.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is crusty brown.
