Country Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef Stock | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped tomatoes | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Potatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Carrots | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Corn | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Boil 5 minutes.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1-inch head space.
Remove air bubbles.
Adjust caps.
Process 55 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
