| 4 meaty racks country-style ribs, cut into 16 equal portions | ||
| Catsup | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| 3/4 cup dark molasses | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
