Cook on 70 (roast) 25 minutes; after 15 minutes, rearrange by placing outside ribs in center.
Drain off fat.
Mix remaining ingredients well and brush over both sides of ribs.
Cook, covered on 70 (roast) 30 to 35 minutes, or until meat is fork tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
