Ingredients
3 1/2-4 pound half leg lamb
1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
1 tablespoon flour
4 medium potatoes, pared and quartered
1/3 cup sherry or white wine
Directions
Pierce meat all over using a pointed knife or skewer.
Rub meat with seasonings mixed with flour.
Place meat in baking dish (about 1 1/2 quart), fat side down.
Cook in Radarange oven 10 minutes*; turn dish 180° and cook 10 minutes more.
Turn roast fat side up.
Add potatoes around lamb roast.
Sprinkle with any remaining seasoning mix.
Pour sherry around potatoes.
Cover, cook 20 minutes more; turn dish 180° halfway through cooking time.
Let stand covered about 10 minutes, or until meat thermometer reaches 175-180°.
