 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Stalk celery1 , diced
 1 carrot, pared and diced
 Onion1 Medium, diced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), smashed
 Chervil1/2 Teaspoon
 Bay Leaf1
 Yellow peas1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Flank steak1/2 Pound, thinly sliced
 Beef Stock5 Cup (16 tbs), heated
 Mushrooms6 Large, diced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Place butter, celery, carrot, onion, garlic, seasonings and bay leaf in casserole; cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Mix in peas, meat and beef stock; correct seasoning.
Cover and continue microwaving 40 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms and finish microwaving 3 minutes uncovered.
