Country Pate Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork meat 600 g | ||
| Pork liver 200 g | ||
| Pork fat | 200 Gram | |
| Corn starch | 100 Gram | |
| Onions 100 g - diced, sauteed | ||
| Shallots 2 cloves - chopped | ||
| Garlic 2 cloves - chopped | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Thyme a little | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mince the pork meat, liver and fat, and mix together with the other ingredients.
Place in a terrine.
Cook in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
When cooked, press the ingredients firmly into the terrine, and allow to cool.
Keep in fridge
