 Pork meat 600 g
 Pork liver 200 g
 Pork fat200 Gram
 Corn starch100 Gram
 Onions 100 g - diced, sauteed
 Shallots 2 cloves - chopped
 Garlic 2 cloves - chopped
 Egg1
 Thyme a little
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Mince the pork meat, liver and fat, and mix together with the other ingredients.
Place in a terrine.
Cook in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
When cooked, press the ingredients firmly into the terrine, and allow to cool.
Keep in fridge
