Country Noodles And Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| Wide egg noodles package | 1 | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Yellow onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 12 ounces ham, diced large | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Frozen peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed | |
| Garlic | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chicken broth | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black pepper salt | 1 To taste | |
| 3 tablespoons sweet cream butter | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1) As per the directions given on the package, cook the pasta.
2) Heat the olive oil in a large pot placed over high heat. Saute he onion and hamd for 3 minutes.
3) Add the peas, mushrooms and garlic and cook for another 6 minutes. Add the chicken broth as well as the salt, pepper and butter and cook over low flame for 3 more minutes.
4) All over the noodles, spoon the ham mix. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese all over.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
