 Baby lima beans - 1/4 cup
 Small red beans - 1/4 cup
 Yellow peas1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green peas1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lentils1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pinto beans1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pearl barley - 1/4 cup
 Water2 Quart
 Ham bone1 Large
 Onion1 Large, chopped
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Tomatoes - 2 cans (16-ounce), chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash beans and all other legumes.
2) Cover with cold water and set aside to soak overnight.

MAKING
3) Take a saucepan and drained beans and legumes.
4) Stir in water and ham bone.
5) Bring the mixture to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for about 2 1/2 hours.
6) Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes or more.

SERVING
7) Spoon out the soup in individual bowls and serve immediately.
