Country Frittata Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ham | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 4 Ounce, cleaned | |
| Pepper red | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Green onions | 2 , thinly sliced | |
| Eggs | 8 Large | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 teaspoon savory seasonings Garden Blend | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
Melt butter in medium, oven safe frying pan over medium low heat.
Add ham, mushrooms, red pepper and onions; saute until tender.
Whisk eggs, milk and Garden Blend in medium bowl until blended.
Pour over ham mixture.
Cook until edges are set.
Gently lift edges with spatula and let uncooked egg flow to edge of pan.
Cook until almost set; sprinkle on Parmesan cheese..
Place under preheated broiler; broil 2 to 3 minutes or until top is set and lightly browned.
