Country Fried Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 cold cooked medium potatoes | ||
| Shortening | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Slice potatoes.
Heat shortening in skillet, add potatoes, and cook until potatoes are golden brown on one side.
Turn, and brown on the other side.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
