Country Fried Chuck Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground chuck | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Salt | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tbsp.fat | ||
| Milk | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine the ground chuck, 2 teaspoons salt, pepper and 3/4 cup flour and mix well.
Roll out on a board about 1/2 inch thick and cut into 4-inch square pieces.
Place in hot fat in a skillet and cook until Lightly browned.
Remove from skillet and place on a platter.
Add remaining flour to skillet and cook until browned, stirring constantly.
Add the milk and remaining salt and cook until thick, stirring frequently.
Pour over steaks.
