Country Club Hamburgers Recipe
Country club hamburgers is a ground beef hamburger recipe prepared with added onions. Cobined with seasonings for flavor with a strong hint of catsup, the country club hamburgers is griddle cooked and served fresh.
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Horse radish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Catsup | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Make big, very thin patties to get lacy, crisp edges.
Fry on a hot griddle for a quick, juicy looking brown.
Slice each bun (takes a sharp knife) in two places.
Don't slice clear through.
Slide two juicy patties into each bun.
Then spread with pickle relish.
Peg the top of each with an olive on a toothpick.
