 Chicken pieces4 Large
 Flour2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Corn oil1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Chicken broth1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 large carrots, peeled and cut in large dices
 1 stalk celery with leaves
 Onion2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Bay Leaf1
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Milk4 Tablespoon
 Minced parsley1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground cloves1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Dredge chicken pieces in flour nad set them aside
2. Brown this chicken in a skillet of hot oil on all sides lightly
3. Add broth, carrots, celery, oion, bay leaf and salt and pepper to tasts and allow to simmer with the lid on for fifteen minutes
4. Mix the rest of the flour with baking powder, one eighth of a teaspoon of salt, milk, parley and cloves and work into a dough convenient for making dumplings
5. Add it to the chicken mixture, cover and allow to simmer for twenty minutes until tghe dumplings are done

SERVING
6. Serve as required
