Ingredients

 Ground sausage package1
 9" deep dish pie shell
 Cheddar Cheese1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Bell peppers1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Red bell peppers1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion2 Tablespoon, chopped
 4 eggs, slightly beaten
 Light cream1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Fry sausage until done.
Crumble and drain.
Mix cheese and sausage together.
Sprinkle into pie shell.
Combine beaten eggs and remaining ingredients.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 375° for 40-45 min Cool on rack 10 min before serving.
