Country Breakfast Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground sausage package | 1 | |
| 9" deep dish pie shell | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Bell peppers | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Red bell peppers | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 4 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Fry sausage until done.
Crumble and drain.
Mix cheese and sausage together.
Sprinkle into pie shell.
Combine beaten eggs and remaining ingredients.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 375° for 40-45 min Cool on rack 10 min before serving.
