 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Potatoes2 Can (10oz)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 American Cheese slice4 , halved

Directions

MAKING
1) In a baking dish, heat butter, green pepper and onion on high power for 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
2) Add potatoes to the dish.
3) Blend eggs, milk, salt and pepper and stir into the potatoes.
4) Cook covered on medium power for 8 1/2 to 10 minutes or until eggs are set, stirring once.
5) Top the dish with cheese and let stand, covered, in the oven for 5 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve hot as a healthy and quick breakfast.
