Cottage-Stuffed Celery Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese | ||
| 2 to 3 teaspoons chopped green onion or chopped chives | ||
| 1/8 teaspoon salt, onion salt or seasoned salt blend | ||
| 1/8 teaspoon horseradish, if desired | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 3 to 4 stalks celery cut into 3-inch pieces | ||
Directions
In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except celery; mix well.
Spoon mixture into each celery piece, using about 2 teaspoons for each.
Garnish with paprika, additional sliced onion or chopped chives.

Prosciutto ham and melon balls arranged alternately on toothpicks.
Caviar served with toast squares or crackers and lemon wedges.
Fresh fruits on toothpicks or wooden skewers.
Chilled avocado slices and grapefruit segments served with French dressing.
