Cottage-Fruit Split Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium cantaloupe Lettuce leaves | ||
| 2 cups cream-style cottage cheese | ||
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Granola | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced | ||
| 1/4 cup commercial Catalina | ||
| French salad dressing | ||
Directions
Cut cantaloupe into four wedges, peel skin, and place cantaloupe wedges on lettuce leaves.
Combine cottage cheese, raisins, and walnuts, spoon over cantaloupe wedges.
Sprinkle with granola, and top with kiwifruit.
Drizzle dressing over each salad.
