Cottage Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded cabbage | 225 Gram | |
| Carrots | 225 Gram, shredded | |
| Celery stick | 3 , finely sliced | |
| 1 bunch watercress, base of stems removed, chopped | ||
| Apple | 100 Gram, diced | |
| 2 teaspoons lemon or orange juice | ||
| Sultanas | 50 Gram | |
| Hazelnuts | 50 Gram, chopped | |
| Plain yogurt | 150 Milliliter | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon or crushed caraway seeds pinch of salt | ||
| Large pinch of pepper | ||
| Cottage cheese | 450 Gram | |
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients except the cottage cheese in a large bowl, making sure the apple is quickly coated in the lemon or orange juice.
2. Spoon the cottage cheese on to the other ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
