Cottage Cheese Vegetable Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lime gelatin package | 1 | |
| Boiling water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Heavy cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Salad dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until partially set.
Add vegetables, cottage cheese, pineapple and salt.
Blend cream and salad dressing together; add to gelatin mixture.
Chill.
