Ingredients

 Maraschino cherries1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 2 c.small curd cottage cheese, sieved
 1 c.sour cream
 Confectioner’s sugar3 Tablespoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 1 c.drained pineapple chunks
 1 c.cooked chopped prunes
 1 Ige. banana sliced
 1/2 c.chopped blanched almonds

Directions

Drain cherries, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.
Combine all ingredients except sour cream and cherry juice.
Pour into trays that have been rinsed in cold water.
Freeze.
Let stand at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with a mixture of sour cream and cherry juice.
