Directions

Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup water.
Drain pine apple, reserving juice.
Boil remaining water with pineapple juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over gelatin.
Mix in pine apple.
Cool; add cottage cheese and whipped cream.
Chill.
