Cottage Cheese Pineapple Mold Recipe
Ingredients
2 envelopes unfavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 No. 2 1/2 can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 c. cottage cheese
4 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Directions
Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup water.
Drain pine apple, reserving juice.
Boil remaining water with pineapple juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over gelatin.
Mix in pine apple.
Cool; add cottage cheese and whipped cream.
Chill.
