| Cottage cheese | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Peanut butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Corn flakes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Sage | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. In a pan, heat butter or oil and sauté onion until just glazed.
2. Add peanut butter and stir to mix.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
FINALISING
4. Shape the mixture into two equal sized patties and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5. In a plate of crushed cornflakes, roll over the patty before frying.
6. In a pan, heat oil and fry patty until browned on both sides.
SERVING
7. Serve Cottage Cheese Patty in burger with lettuce and veggies of your choice.
