Cottage Cheese Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 env. Unflavored gelatin | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 c. cream-style cottage cheese | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 1 c. diced celery pepper | ||
| Green | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
Directions
Soften gelatin in I/4 cup milk; dissolve in 1/2 cup hot milk.
Blend in cottage cheese, salt, onion, celery and green pepper.
Turn into 1 large mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with tomato wedges and mayonnaise.
