COTTAGE CHEESE LOAF SALAD Recipe

Ingredients

 
Cream:
 
1/4 cup butter
 
Add, a little at a time:
 
2 cups cottage cheese
 
Add:
 
1/2 tspn, salt
 
and blend thoroughly with:
 
1/8 cup sour cream
 
To this add:
 
1 cup chopped vegetables mixed
 
(spinach, parsley, green pepper,
 
mushroom).
 
Fold in:
 
1/2 cup cream, wellbeaten

Directions

Put in pan lined with wax paper and chill.
Serve sliced on beds of crisp: Green lettuce leaves.
Garnish with: Tomato slices Watercress Ripe olives
