Cottage Cheese-Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
2 1/2 cups halved fresh or thawed, frozen strawberries
2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
2 bananas
1 kiwi, sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup seedless grapes
2 cups fresh or juice-packed canned pineapple chunks
Directions
1. Combine scallions and cottage cheese.
2. Peel and slice bananas.Sprinkle with lemon juice.
3. Toss together bananas, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, and grapes.
4. Serve fruit in bowl or individual cups topped with the cottage cheese mixture.
