Cottage Cheese Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
5 oz. semolina
4 eggs
4 1/2 oz. lard
1 1/2 gill sour cream
4 1/2 oz. white bread crumbs

Directions
Put cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with the eggs, the semolina and a little salt.
Let mixture stand for about an hour and then shape dumplings with wet hands.
Cook dumplings in boiling salt water.
Roll them in bread crumbs browned in fat.
If the cottage cheese is dry, use less semolina.
