Cottage Cheese Bread Recipe
Cottage cheese bread is just another simple bread, but it is high on proteins. This bread has cottage cheese and curb. However, there are two methods to make the bread. One includes raising time and other does not. But both have fantastic results. Try this recipe of cottage cheese bread.

Ingredients
| Yeast package | 1 | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Curd | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All-purpose flour-2 1/4 cups, sifted | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
MAKING
2)In a bowl, add butter, sugar, salt, soda, egg and cottage cheese with 1 1/4 cups flour. Mix well.
3)Fold in remaining flour and mix.
4)Let it rise in warm place for 1 hour. Punch down.
5)Take a greased 8-inch round casserole and put the dough in it.
6)Allow to rise for 1 hour longer.
7)Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
8)Brush with melted butter and sprinkle salt.
SERVING
9) Serve the cottage cheese bread warm or cold.
