Cottage Cheese Banana Split Recipe
Ingredients
¾ cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 small banana, cut in half lengthwise
2 tablespoons unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
4 small fresh strawberries, sliced
2 teaspoons wheat germ
Directions
Combine cottage cheese and yogurt; mix well.
Spoon into 2 dessert bowls.
Cur banana slices in half crosswise; arrange 2 banana slices on sides of each bowl.
Top cottage cheese with equal amounts of pineapple and strawberries.
Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon wheat germ.
