Cottage Spinach Un Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 (16 ounce) container BORDEN® Lite line® or Viva® Low fat Cottage Cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon WYLER'S® or STEERO® Chicken Flavor Instant Bouillon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, beat eggs; add remaining ingredients.
Pour into lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
