Cottage Shrimp Toss Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 cups torn Boston or bibb lettuce | ||
| Salad oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 7-ounce packages frozen shrimp in shells, cooked, peeled, and cleaned | ||
| 1 12-ounce carton cream-style cottage cheese | ||
| Dill | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons sliced green onion | ||
Directions
In bowl sprinkle lettuce with salt and pepper; toss with oil and vinegar.
Reserve a few whole shrimp; coarsely chop remaining shrimp.
Toss chopped shrimp and remaining ingredients with lettuce.
Garnish with whole shrimp.
