Ingredients

 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
 2 tbsp. diet Italian salad dressing
 2 cups peeled, diced cooked potatoes
 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
 2 cups 99% fat-free cottage cheese
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Ripe olives1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Radishes1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 1/3 cup chopped green onions
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl mix yogurt and salad dressing.
2) Mix potatoes and eggs.
3) Marinate at room temperature.
4) Slice and chop rest of the ingredients.
5) Mix all ingredients.
6) Chill for some time.

SERVING
7) Serve cold.
