Cottage Green Noodle Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 pound green noodles | ||
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 , minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Steak sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup shredded American Cheddar cheese | ||
Directions
Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender.
Drain and mix with remaining ingredients except last 2.
Put in shal low 1-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with combined crumbs and cheese.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 30 minutes.
