Cottage Cheese With Tomatoes And Peppers Recipe
An easy skillet tossed paneer/cottage cheese preparation made with vegetables like peppers and tomatoes. Seasoned and flavored with a hint of garam masala, this makes a great side, snack or appetizer!

Ingredients
| Cottage cheese, crumbled (cut in small 1" pieces if preparing as an appetizer) | ||
| Bell peppers of choice, diced | ||
| Tomato, diced | ||
| Boiled potatoes, crumbled (omit if preparing as an appetizer) | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Cooking oil | ||
| Garam masala | ||
Directions
Heat some oil in a skillet.
Add some salt and stir it in.
Add the crumbled potatoes, bell peppers and tomatoes and stir fry till the potatoes begin to brown and tomatoes go limp.
Add the cottage cheese/paneer.
Mix it well with the veggies and stir fry.
Add a dash of garam masala and stir fry.
Taste to check and adjust the seasonings if needed.
Toss one last time and serve hot.
I don't measure and cook so you can use the veggies and garam masala as desired. Try it out with more veggies, it is always fun! :)
